Designed for Lighter Umbrellas & Calm Conditions

This base is best suited to areas with minimal wind and umbrellas with smaller pole diameters (up to 38mm). If your area experiences strong gusts or you’re using a large umbrella, we recommend upgrading to the Resort 25kg umbrella stand or Resort 40kg umbrella stand for added security.

When to Choose a Heavier Umbrella Base

The Terrace Umbrella Stand is perfect when used with smaller umbrellas in still weather. If you’re unsure, or your area is exposed to frequent breezes, check out our Resort 25kg or 40kg umbrella bases for greater peace of mind.

• Regularly lubricate the tentioning bolt on the side.
• Continue to periodically spray the steel stem with your chosen rust inhibitor. A rust inhibitor will help prevent rust.

• These bases are painted concrete, to keep them looking fresh you can re-paint them.
